HRevolution- Session Topics

September 28, 2009

Your HRevolution planning committee has been making strong progress in the last couple weeks.  We have secured all but two sponsorships, so if you want to be a sponsor, or know of a company that does, please have them email me at trisham89@hotmail.com for all the details.

We are VERY excited to announce the session topics. Since this is an “un-conference” the topics are just guides.  We  hope that each participant will come with questions and information to share.  Knowing the group of bloggers and other HR professionals that are interested in attending, we’re certain that we will all leave with many new ideas that we can take back to our day jobs.  Here are the session topics:

  • The future of HR and the role social media will play
  • Introduction to Blogging
  • Advanced Blogging
  • How HR professionals can get their company on board with social media
  • Effective ways of using blogs and other forms of social media in recruiting
  • HR: We’re not dead yet.  How can we transform HR?
  • Web 2.0 for HR

Most session leaders are confirmed and we will be announcing the leader’s names very soon. We are also hoping that Steve Boese andShauna Moerke will broadcast HR Happy Hour live from the event!
